TOYOTA VISITS AND ASSESSES HTVG: NSER1 PROFILE APPROVED, MARKING THE OPENING OF A STRATEGIC PARTNERSHIP

On December 9, 2025, HTVG had the honor of welcoming Toyota’s leadership team to the company’s manufacturing facility. The presence of the Director of the Supply Chain Division from Japan underscored Toyota’s strong interest in HTVG’s production capabilities and quality management systems as part of its strategy to expand the local supply chain in Vietnam. During the working session, HTVG presented an overview of its development vision, technological capabilities, and internationally recognized quality management systems, including ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2016, IATF 16949, and the soon-to-be-completed AS9100 certification. These standards serve as a solid foundation enabling HTVG to meet the increasingly stringent requirements of the automotive industry and global manufacturing partners. The Toyota delegation proceeded to tour the production areas, with highlights including the 1,600-ton hot forging line, advanced turning–milling–gear cutting systems, and the display area featuring high-precision mechanical components. The professional shop-floor layout, strict adherence to 5S, and HTVG’s rigorous quality control processes left a strong impression on the visitors. In particular, the modern QC laboratory—equipped with state-of-the-art inspection devices—demonstrated HTVG’s commitment to ensuring excellence in every manufactured component.

 

Following the tour, Toyota and HTVG engaged in an in-depth discussion regarding capabilities and future cooperation. The most significant outcome of the meeting was announced shortly thereafter: HTVG’s NSER1 profile was officially approved by Toyota. This confirms that HTVG has fully met Toyota’s technical, managerial, and quality requirements and is now eligible to participate in bidding for upcoming Toyota component projects. The approval of the NSER1 profile not only recognizes HTVG’s continuous commitment to improvement but also opens the door to long-term collaboration with one of the world’s leading automotive manufacturers. This milestone affirms that HTVG is advancing in the right direction in its strategy of technological enhancement, system standardization, and international cooperation.

In the coming period, HTVG will continue to invest strongly in production capabilities, workforce development, and advanced technologies to meet the expectations of Toyota and other global partners. Toyota’s visit marks a promising beginning to a sustainable and strategic partnership, while also serving as a motivation for HTVG to keep progressing and strengthening its position in Vietnam’s precision engineering industry.
